We pride ourselves on our ability to provide specialist live-in care without losing focus of the person behind the condition. With prices starting from 1,350 per week, find out what our services include.
Whilst some of our clients simply need a little help around the home, others require expert care for their specific needs.
Families often contact us when their loved one has had a setback or a fall, or if they’ve been discharged from the hospital and need a little extra support until they get back on their feet. We take the stress out of difficult situations, and can provide urgent care within 48 hours of your call.
We can help you or your loved one – whatever your specific situation. If you’re looking for companionship care or you’re worried about an elderly relative, we have experience dealing with a whole range of live-in care needs.
We have experience of providing specialist care services in the following areas:
Expert advice – we work with highly regarded medical professionals across a number of disciplines.
Our team have over 50 years combined professional experience of care, ranging from domiciliary, care home and live in care. They also have a mix of personal and professional experience of several complex health conditions.
Linked with a dementia expert who can offer a personalised service with visits, advice on care plans, including strategies to support specific aspects of care. We have strong connections with local support groups which can be a real lifeline for families and individuals living with dementia.
We work closely with an independent private social worker whose portfolio encompasses both public and private sector care. Her experience of working with older people who have physical disabilities, Parkinson’s, MS, diabetes, and mobility issues is invaluable to our team and our clients.
Ashridge also has a strong working relationship with private Physiotherapists, making us ideally placed to offer a one stop shop approach to rehabilitation after surgery. With this joint working, we can ensure that you receive the best advice to set you on the road to recovery and your carer will be able to support you with daily exercises prescribed by the Physios to really make a difference in your recovery.
Specialist live-in care provides plenty of benefits for different conditions:
If you’re concerned that you or your loved one has specific needs that we may not have experience with, please give us a call and we can talk through the situation with you.
I love that Anca is now Mum’s official make-up artist and hair stylist! Mum is looking so well and gets many compliments when they bump into acquaintances at the village shop; this is giving her a well needed boost at this time. And they are both enjoying art sessions, with Mum ‘helping’ Anca produce some amazing pictures.
Choosing care is a huge decision and not something that you should take lightly. Some of these conversations can be tricky and it’s our job to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible.
We are more than happy to visit you and your family at home to discuss your situation and consider the options available to you.
